British “It Girl” model Cara Delevingne and singer Pharrell Williams star in the latest Chanel film entitled “Reincarnation,” directed by Karl Lagerfeld. Williams, who composed an original song — “CC the World” — sings it with Delevingne. Watch below:
Lagerfeld said that he had sent the “Happy” musician “all kinds of Viennese music” to inspire the new track. “He was easy to work with, very pleasant. He’s very professional,” Lagerfeld told WWD.
Delevingne says that she was ecstatic to be called up by Pharrell. “I was so happy, I think I screamed down the phone at him.”
The film is set to debut at the Métiers d’art collection in Salzburg next week, the night before the Paris-Salzburg 2014/15 Métiers d’art show.
