Wes Craven’s Hollywood home recently sold for an amazing $3.5 million, $250K above the asking price. The 3,594 square-foot three bedroom and three bathroom home of the late director is the residence of dreams rather than nightmares.
Set in the hills, it features an impressive view across Los Angeles, and a salt-water pool and jacuzzi. It’s remarkably zen, featuring peaceful koi ponds and fountains in the gardens. Giant glass windows surround the spacious living room, and dining area, providing ample amounts of light and vistas. The unknown buyer of the home was a client of Kira Gould of Gibson International.
