Prada had taken over Printemps Haussman’s holiday windows for 2013 Christmas. Now it’s Vogue’s turn to transform the heart of Paris’ high-end shopping destination in to a plush gourmet outlet. Vogue Café is set to celebrate fashion and new collections at one of Paris’ biggest department stores. From 23rd January, Vogue will make its presence felt in the form of a new pop-up café in the atrium of Printemps Haussmann.
Along with fashion tit-bits, one of the most read fashion and lifestyle magazine intends to satiate your epicurean cravings too. Enticing your taste buds, the ephemeral outlet will offer a selection of pastries, juices, teas along with salads and club sandwiches signed by the Parisian duo Hugo & Victor.
Designed to render a warm feeling of a private apartment, the decor will blend modernism of the 50s along with Scandinavian designs. The trendy cafe will also house mid-century modern sculptures to woo art lovers. Magnificent gold chandeliers are exclusively designed by Delightfull for Vogue Café to illuminate the interiors and harmonize with the 50’s décor theme.
As some of the most beautiful magazine covers grace the walls, every inch of the place screams Vogue. To stay true to its honor of being labeled as the world’s most influential fashion magazine, even the mannequins of this café have been dressed by the mag’s stylists.
