Valentino is celebrating the season with the Camubutterfly line which is a part of its Fall/Winter 2014-2015 pre-collection. Giving the signature camo print a transformation with the beautiful winged creatures, gear up to be smitten by Valentino butterflies. Inspired by the intricate blend of colors, this unique butterfly motif has been exclusively designed for the Maison and has been applied to feathers, brocade, macramè, organza, chiffon and even neoprene. The butterfly effect is seen on everything from dresses, coats, pants to bags and sandals too.
Adding color and grace to the feet is the Camubutterfly Ankle Strap Pump from Valentino Garavani. The black suede pump with butterfly embroidery features platinum finish stud detail on the back. Fitted with an adjustable ankle strap, the pump will add 4.3″ to your height. Made in Italy, the gorgeous footwear can be pre-ordered for $2,595.
Inspired by the blend of colors that adorn the delicate wings of the butterfly, the Camubutterfly print is also featured on the tote. A kaleidoscope of butterflies nestles on Valentino’s newest tote from this collection. Sized at 21.3x18x6.3”, this large calfskin leather bag also boasts of a hot stamped logo in gold on leather label on the front. The butterfly-themed tote can be pre-ordered for $3,995 and ships with an interior detachable pouch.
Earlier this month, the Italian fashion house also shared a video on its Facebook page titled A Kaleidoscope of Butterflies. The images and videos in Valentino Camubutterfly campaign camouflage the butterflies in the background as well on the products sporting the Camubutterfly print. Hidden in each colorful butterfly image is an even more colorful and unique item of the collection. While you lose yourself in a flutter of butterflies’ wings as they appear and disappear in different forms right in front of your eyes, the Camubutterfly collection is all set to fly of the shelves too!
