A new American Express luxury lounge has opened at Universal Studios Orlando. The new lounge features air-conditioning, free cold beverages and a concierge service. As well as charging stations for phones, cameras and other devices. Parkgoers must use an American Express card to buy a multi-park ticket or an annual pass to use the lounge. The lounge is located on the street that runs between Shrek 4-D and Monsters Cafe.
