He was the last Tsar of Russia, with taste for the finer things in life. Unfortunately for Nicholas and his family there was the Russian Revolution.
And while the Tsar’s ending was not good, his beloved Rolls-Royce – a 1914 Silver Ghost painted royal purple with nickel-plated fittings and coachwork by Barker – survived the uprising and ended up in the collection of John Ringling (of Ringling Brothers Circus).
The Rolls is nearly 100 years old, and one of the first ever built – and one of the oldest in existence.
This piece of history is now on sale on JamesList.com for $6.9 million.
