After selling his Hollywood Hills estate for $11.4 million and putting his Beverly Hills mansion on the market for $50 million, the Mission Impossible actor, Tom Cruise is back on realty scene with his West Sussex home in UK. The Hollywood actor has listed Rede Place, his English estate in Dormans Park, East Grinstead for $7.4 million. The 11,331 square feet home spreads four floors and accommodates five-six bedrooms, five full and two half bathrooms along with reserved space for staff.Located about 30 miles outside London and close to the Church of Scientology’s British headquarters, the house was picked by Cruise and his ex-wife Katie Holmes for $4.75 million in 2006.The 14.2-acre gated estate boasts of the red brick main residence and a 1,436-square-foot guest house. A wide foyer leads to a 900-plus-square-foot step-down living room that features a bow-fronted fireplace and a curved bay window with French doors to the rear terrace.The Victorian mansion also features four reception rooms, cloak room, master bedroom with separate dressing room, bathroom, walk-through wardrobe and a private balcony. The property also comes with three further bedrooms with en-suite bath-shower rooms and balconies. The highlight of the mansion is a two-person bathtub sitting on a black marble pedestal in the center of its master bedroom.In addition to a subterranean parking garage, the home also features a large laundry room, dance studio/gym with sprung floor, screening room with tiered seating on red leather sofas, and a game room with fireplace and wet bar. The landscaped grounds include extensive terracing that includes emerald-green lawn bordered by carefully clipped plantings, a heated outdoor swimming pool and spa, a tennis court, and a wooded sunken garden with an interconnected series of stream-fed ponds.
