Tina Fey has spent $9.5 million on an apartment in Manhattan’s Upper West Side. Her newest real estate purchase has made it to the headlines due to its location, as it sits directly above her nearly identical co-op in the building. 
The 45-year-old actress and writer along with husband Jeff Richmond has paid a premium of $2.5 million over the original listing of $7.5 million, certainly worth a price to pay to merge the two condos in to a duplex.
The 10-room property in the 13-story prewar building features four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms as well as two fireplaces. Listed by Douglas Elliman real estate, it also comes with a private elevator landing.
The 3,000 square feet property also comes with a large living space that is connected to a dining room via large sliding doors. Other notable features include a well appointed center island kitchen along with a eating corner.
