Mexico’s Grand Velas Resorts are no stranger to over-the-top packages, but they’ve officially outdone themselves with this new wedding offer.
Host your “I dos” at the Riviera Maya, Riviera Nayarit or soon-to-open Los Cabos Grand Velas property and you’ll be entitled to the A-list treatment from the moment you leave your house.
This $2.5 million wedding package for up to 100 guests is called the “Billionaire’s Wedding” for good reason.
The bride and groom begin their trip in style, with roundtrip private air transfers from anywhere in the United States. They (and their guests) will enjoy private luxury vehicle transfers and a cool towel welcome in the couple’s “signature wedding scent.”
At the luxury resort the couple and their guests are treated to a mini head and neck massage to remove any last minutes stress prior to the start of multi-day affair. Personal concierges then whisk attendees to their spacious suites, each over 1,000 sq. ft., where custom welcome gifts, tequila service and drawn baths – in the couple’s signature scent – await. If sun-kissed skin is on the agenda, signature champagne popsicles are served poolside.
As evening rolls around, the Fiesta Blanca gets started, complete with elegant white décor, gourmet hors d’oeuvres, premium beverages, native dancers, and a performance from a special musical guest. Gavin Degraw, Demi Lovato, Lenny Kravitz, Kelly Clarkson, Meghan Trainor, and Diana Ross are among the possible options for the music act based on the couple’s preference.
When it comes to the main event the following day, everything is taken care of from custom designed dress by Michael Costello – who’s dressed the likes of top celebrities from Ciara and Beyonce to Jennifer Lopez and Lady Gaga – to a multi-tiered sugar flower creation by Sylvia Weinstock.
To impress one guests with a grand entrance, a First Dance Experience with professional ballroom dancer and Dancing with the Stars alum Karina Smirnoff includes her travel to the couple in advance of the big day for choreography and rehearsals. Custom wedding bands, a twelve piece band, engraved flatware for each place setting with the couple’s new monogram, custom table linens, officiant, and oversized flower walls are also included. Fireworks and a top DJ, such as La Rue, Cebu or Felix Da House Cat, keep the after-party going until sunrise. Best of all, one of the world’s top wedding photographers and their cinematographer counterpart will be in attendance to capture it all.
There’s just one request: invite us along too!
