We’re in love with Four Seasons Anguilla, the brand’s second Caribbean property. There’s much to to love about the former Viceroy resort, including its perfect location on two of Anguilla’s most beautiful white sand beaches. One of our favorite features of the resort is that most of the rooms and villas on the property are actually for sale — meaning you could live the Four Seasons life year-round, if you so chose.
Our favorite? The ultra luxe Villa 4, a five-bedroom, five-bath villa that totals 9,500 square feet.
This expansive residence features dual master bedrooms, Kelly Wearstler custom-designed furnishings, and silver travertine marble detailing throughout. Most of the oversized rooms even have beach and ocean views. Additional features include an outdoor shower, private beach access, a private infinity pool, and an outdoor terrace overlooking the secluded Barnes Bay Beach.
Owners also enjoy access to all that the Four Seasons has to offer, including three pools, a kid’s club, luxury spa, and numerous bars and restaurants. Should they choose, owners are also able to add their home back into the rental pool at the Four Seasons, potentially making a profit on their investment.
