Hand sculpted by Ms Wingham, the 450 kg cake took over 1,100 hours to make. It had over 120 kg of fondant icing and 60 kg of modelling chocolateThe dazzling quotient was raised by a 5.2 carat pink diamond, a 6.4 carat yellow diamond and a total of 15 individual five carat white diamonds along with another 4000 stones that included amethyst and emeralds on the icing.
