Bentley Residences Miami, the world’s first and only Bentley-branded residential tower will be coming to 18401 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach. The 62-story luxury condominium will feature four innovative car lifts and glass-ensconced sky garages that exhibit cars like art in each of the 216 private residences. Bentley Residences will are designed for resort-style luxury living on the beach with five-star hospitality and service and a food and beverage program by Chef Todd English.

Coastal Construction is leading construction, and design by Sieger Suarez Architects in partnership with Bentley Motors, Bentley Residences will integrate Bentley’s distinctive design cues into its architecture and interiors. You will see the iconic diamond-quilted pattern in Bentley door panels recreated on the tower’s façade through diamond-shaped glass panels angled to refract natural light. These patterns and silhouettes are echoed throughout the property.
