As the leaves turn golden and the air grows crisp, there’s nothing quite like gathering around the table for a warm, flavorful dinner. Gabriel Kreuther x Pierre Thiam | New York City, NY 

Two-star Michelin chef Gabriel Kreuther of his namesake Midtown modern French restaurant Gabriel Kreuther is teaming up with Senegalese chef and author Pierre Thiam of Teranga for an exclusive, one night only collaboration dinner on September 25th, 2024, bringing together the flavors of France and Senegal.

This is the first of a new ongoing series at Gabriel Kreuther called Chef x Chef, where Chef Gabriel will invite new chefs to collaborate in his kitchen during a limited residency.  The carefully curated 5-course menu comprises of French-inspired delicacies paired with Senegalese-inspired delights such as the Red Snapper Caldou with Jollof Fonio, resulting in a feast redefining the art of fine dining. Kendall-Jackson Wine Estate & Gardens x Folktable | Sonoma County, CA 

Kendall-Jackson Wine Estate & Gardens and Kendall-Jackson Executive Chef Tracey Shepos Cenami (The Food Network) and Master Culinary Gardener Tucker Taylor to will be teaming up with Chef Casey Thompson (Bravo’s Top Chef) of Folktable Restaurant for their final Farm-to-Table Dinner on October 5th.  Dine al-fresco at the winery in Sonoma Country, California and sample the day’s harvest from Kendall-Jackson’s 4-acre culinary gardens alongside humanely raised products from Snake River Farms, all paired with Kendall-Jackson wines. Tickets are $300 per person, with tickets available for purchase here.

 

Blu on The HudsonPromontory | Weehawken, New Jersey

Blu on The Hudson is teaming up with members-only winery Promontory on Tuesday, September 24th, 2024 for an exclusive dinner and wine pairing. The evening will include sweeping views of the Manhattan skyline and Hudson River from the waterfront in Weehawken, New Jersey while enjoying a 5-course tasting menu by Executive Chef Juan Carlos Ortega paired with  to complement each varietal.

The wine and food pairing:

  • Kumamoto Oyster,Kaluga caviar, Japanese uni

o   Paired with Champagne Gosset Grand Reserve NV

  • Late Summer Corn Tortellini, king crab, leeks

o   Paired with Domaine Faiveley Ladoix “Les Marnes Blaches” 2023

o   Paired with Domaine Faiveley Mercurey ler Cru “Clos des Myglands” Monopole 2022

  • Steak Flight (Prime Filet, Prime Ribeye, Japanese Wagyu)

o   Paired with Promontory 2011, 2018, and 2020

  • Roasted Figs, fourme d’Ambert, pistachios

o   Paired with Royal Tokaji Co. Late Harvest 2018
