If all goes as planned, you’ll be able to drive your Tesla Model S from coast to coast by this time next year.
Expanding on its networks already in place in California, Nevada and the Northeast corridor from Washington, D.C. to Boston, Tesla will triple the number of stations by next month, and have Superchargers connecting most major metropolitan regions in six months.
Tesla Superchargers are capable of recharging a Tesla in just 30 minutes, giving you up to three hours of drive time. In addition to the added locations, Tesla owners will continue to be able to recharge their vehicles for free at any Supercharger station.
