The Tequilier (similar to a Sommelier) presides over the restaurant’s more than 85 high-end tequilas and hosts daily tastings to explain the three different types: blanco, reposado and anejo and dispel myths such as the salt and lime method is actually an ancient Mexican cold remedy and the Tequilier also provides food pairing recommendations – a treat for even the tequila novice. – from Examiner
