Nashville, Tennessee is the home to an inspiring Pool House and Wine Cellar designed by Beckwith Interiors. This stylishly imagined collection of spaces are part of the home built for the head of the design studio – Jamie Beckwith – adorning the property with carefully chosen materials, textures and colors summing up to a relaxing set of spaces. The Pool House and Wine Cellar harmoniously combine style and ambiance with elegance and modern design. A modern twist was achieved with the use of contemporary materials and lines, while the stylish organic details and finishes construct an overall appearance that grounds the design into the warm surrounding reality.
Designed to be used by family and friends for parties, large gatherings, socializing and relaxing, the two exquisite spaces surprise guests with their carefully planned details. LED lighting was incorporated to create a stunning atmosphere worthy of luxury resorts:
” The wine cellar lighting gives a totally different effect and ambiance when LED lighting is utilized to illuminate the arched acrylic wine storage. The linear chandelier in the pool house stairway Jamie custom designed and is over 20 feet long. It has LED lights running through an acrylic tube housed in the rectangular acrylic fixture. Jamie wanted each area of the pool house to have some sort of unique lighting application. The men’s bathroom has a back lit strip of blue frosted acrylic tucked into a corner as an interesting focal and architectural detail which gives the effect of a waterfall. In the kitchen, the onyx backsplash is back lit as well for a unique detail.”
What part of your home would you have the courage to transform like this?
