Steve Martin has listed his St. Bart’s villa for $7.78 million. Bringing Down the House actor is offloading his Caribbean island house as reported by listing agent Christian Wattiau of Sibarth Real Estate.

The 70 year old American comedian’s four-bedroom hilltop home has been on the market since 2013 with original sale price of $11.24 million. However over the years, the 3,000-square-foot home has undergone several price cuts till it finally got sold.

Pink Panther actor’s residence, on French-speaking Caribbean island  known for its white-sand beaches, chic hotels and designer shops, boasts of a two-tiered outdoor swimming pool and a covered alfresco dining area.

The master suite has an outdoor shower and a private wooden deck with a sunken hot tub. In the garden, the colorful gazebo is surrounded by a lily pond.
