Getting a good night’s sleep can help the waistline, according to a new study.

The new study shows that people tend to eat more calories when they don’t get a good night’s sleep. This was especially true for women – who ate 329 more calories when deprived of sleep. For men, the result was 263.

The study was presented at the American Heart Association conference in Atlanta.
