The iPad has – apparently – started a revolution.

A recent study by Forrester Research shows that 14% of U.S. consumers plan to buy a tablet computer within the next year.

Here’s a rundown of the survey results:

14% tablet
13% laptop
11% eBook reader
8% netbook
8% PC
