International superstar Shakira is selling her Miami home for $15 million. The Columbian-born singer/songwriter has owned the waterfront mansion since 2001, when she paid just under $3.4 million for the estate.
The mansion, which is minutes from the famed South Beach area, has 6 bedrooms, 8.5 bathrooms, and over 8,300 square feet of living space.
The home has a waterfront Zen sanctuary, light wood floors throughout, pool, private dock, and a state-of-the-art kitchen.
Shakira has made Europe her home in order to be close to fiancé football player Gerard Pique and their six-month-old son Milan.
