Comedian Louis CK has purchased Primrose Cottage, a turn-of-the-century Tudor home situated on two waterfront acres on Shelter Island – which is located at the eastern end of Long Island. Louis reportedly paid $2.44 million home, which sports just under 5,000 square feet, six bedrooms and four baths.
The home is not the most luxurious we’ve ever highlighted, but the secluded location makes it a perfect weekend getaway. The three-story home also has some rich history – it is said that Babe Ruth used the estate as a summer home.
Some highlights of the property include five fireplaces, a wine cellar and private dock.
Here’s a look inside Louis CK’s new cottage.
