“Magic Mike” star Channing Tatum has purchased a Cape Code-style home in Beverly Hills for $6 million. Tatum is buying the home from filmmaker Roberto Sneider, who acquired the residence back in 2011 for $4.425 million. Carrie Fisher (aka Princess Leia) once owned the property. Neighbors reportedly include Demi Moore and One Direction heartthrob Harry Styles.
The home sites on an acre of property and sports over 4,800 square feet of living space, five bedrooms and six bathrooms. Highlights of the estate include a 45-foot long living room/dining room (with double-height ceiling), lushly landscaped grounds and a pool.
In addition to “Magic Mike” (and it’s upcoming sequel), Tatum is famous for his roles in “G.I. Joe,” “Foxcatcher,” “21 Jump Street” and “White House Down.” He will enjoy his new home with his wife, actress Jenna Dewan-Tatum, and their daughter.
