Maroon 5 front man – and star of ‘The Voice – Adam Levine is on the verge of buying a new Manhattan loft for $4.55 million. Levine, who recently wed Victoria’s Secret model Behati Prinsloo, is reportedly closing in on the apartment, which features three bedrooms and two baths.
The residence is described as a ‘Loft Lovers’ Dream.’ It is located on a cobblestone street in Soho, sports 13 foot ceilings, hardwood floors, exposed brick, and more than 2,700 square feet of living space. The location, on Greene Street, is near some of the city’s trendiest shops and restaurants.
The 35-year old Levine came to fame as the singer for Maroon 5, but over the past few years he has expanded into TV (‘The Voice’) and fashion. He also has his own record label.
