Actor Chris Hemsworth (best known as Thor to movie goers), and his wife, actress Elsa Pataky, have purchased a Malibu estate from actors Paul Hogan (aka Crocodile Dundee) and Linda Kozlowski for $4.8 million.
The home, set on an acre of land, was built in 1992. It features an ocean view, vaulted ceilings and a library. There are five bedrooms, six bathrooms and more than 6,000 square feet of living space within the main house and guesthouse.
In addition to playing as the Norse superhero, Thor, Hemsworth will star in Ron Howard’s new racing film, Rush. Hemsworth’s spouse, Elsa Pataky, was one of the stars of Fast & Furious 6 as well as Fast Five.
Hemsworth bought the home from fellow Aussie Hogan, who had purchased the property last year for $3.8 million.
