Sean Combs seems to be on a rampant for slashing prices on property. We have already known that P. Diddy’s condominium unit in Midtown Manhattan was put back on the market at a reduced price of $6.99 million. This time Sean Diddy Combs’ New Jersey mansion faces a cut after being on market for about five years. Located about 20 miles north of Midtown Manhattan in the affluent borough of Alpine, the 3.25-acre estate boasts a market price of $8 million, much less than what it was first put up for $13.5 million in 2011.Undergoing many cuts on price front, the nearly 9,000-square-foot vaguely Colonial-style red brick mansion was bought by Combs in July 2004 for $6 million. The large 20 plus mansion is listed with seven bedrooms inclusive of three multi-room master suites and three en suite bedrooms with walk-in closets as well as a staff bedroom in the basement. The 17,000 square feet property also comes with nine and half bathrooms, formal living and dining rooms, a voluminous central foyer, wet bar, fireplaces and wood-paneled library. The expensively outfitted kitchen opens to a dining nook set into a windowed bay.A full gym and bath sit atop a detached three-car garage that is adjacent to an indoor basketball court, a plush home theater as well as a 2,000-square-foot recreation room.More luxury comes in form of manicured grounds, swimming pool, spa and a lighted tennis court.
