Former Alaska Governor, Sarah Palin, has put her gated estate in Scottsdale, Arizona up for $2.499 million. The stunning property belonging to American politician, commentator and author who has served as the ninth Governor of Alaska is being marketed by Keller Williams Arizona Realty in Fountain Hills. The 51 year old, who has served as the first female governor of Alaska, had bought the property in 2011 for $1.7 million. The sprawling estate which was built in 2001 comes with its own private heated swimming pool and spa. It also boasts of a lighted sports court and wine cellar as well as a six-car garage.Set at the end of a wraparound driveway behind a private gated entrance, the 8,000-square-foot home features six bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms.The main house boasts of Santa Barbara, Tuscan and Spanish styles while the high ceilings, chandeliers and wrought-iron railings make a distinctive statement.While one of the master suites includes a rooftop deck, other notable features of the estate include a media room/theater, a wine cellar and living spaces, rendering in mountain views.
