Santa Wants You to Join Him on This Holiday Wine Train

Because everyone wants to ride with Santa.

Kris Kringle is setting aside the sleigh and taking over one of the few active historic passenger railroads in the United States, The Napa Valley Wine Train, to transform it into an enchanting holiday journey.

Both children and adults will delight in these two hour rides that includes games, sing-alongs, and a fun cast of holiday-inspired characters, all while savoring hot cocoa and freshly baked cookies.

And it’s not just kitsch, it’s classic.  The transformed Napa Valley Wine Train features vintage Pullman rail cars faithfully restored with Honduran mahogany paneling, brass accents, etched glass partitions and luxurious armchairs that evoke the spirit of luxury rail travel at the beginning of the 20th century.

Santa Trains will run from November 18 to December 29 — but are halted on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day to allow Santa time to deliver his gifts, of course.

The trains offer guests a memorable seasonal experience that echoes the glory days of train travel and Napa Valley scenery, all while experiencing the magic of the holiday.
