Rolls-Royce Motorcars announced today at its home in Goodwood, England that it would add fourth car to its super-premium luxury car lineup, complementing the Phantom, Ghost and Wraith. Torsten Müller-Ötvös, Chief Executive Officer, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, confirmed that the car would be, “a thoroughly contemporary interpretation of a pinnacle drophead tourer which will introduce even more discerning men and women to Rolls-Royce ownership.”
Our guess is this is a variation of the Wraith convertible that we have all been hoping for.
Pursuitist will be having breakfast with Mr. Müller-Ötvös over the weekend of the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance and hope to have more information for you then. For now we’ll just have to use our imagination and picture the Wraith with a droptop.
In our mind, it looks very good indeed.
