It’s a masterful interpretation of the 2021 harvest and the first “harvest to bottle” iteration of Réflexions, where head winemaker Dominique Demarville oversees the entire process. This champagne embodies the Lallier signature: a perfect balance of purity, freshness, intensity, and depth, with Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Meunier grapes sourced from regions including Montagne de Reims, Aÿ, Côte des Bar, Côte des Blancs, and Vallée de la Marnier.

Iron Horse Harvest Moon 2021
The elegant and expressive bubbly Harvest Moon 2021 — from Sonoma’s legendary Iron Horse winery — captures the glow of autumn nights, when friends gather and tables are full. For the 2021 vintage, the dosage includes 6 mL of Blanc de Blancs LEX, 10 mL of 2019 Gold Ridge Pinot Noir, and 4 mL of “cold soak” Pinot Noir — a pre-fermentation technique in which select blocks are cold-soaked on their skins for 5–7 days to extract aromatic compounds and provide a precise burst of bright red fruit notes.

Piper-Heidsieck Champagne Brut Brut Rosé
Esteemed Champagne house Piper-Heidsieck introduces Brut Brut Rosé to its portfolio. This fresh blended rosé Champagne marks the next chapter in the House’s rosé evolution, building on the bold personality of its celebrated predecessor, Rosé Sauvage. Crafted by Chief Winemaker Emilien Boutillat, Piper-Heidsieck Brut Rosé is a precise blend of 50% Pinot Noir including 15% still red wine sourced primarily from the famed Les Riceys (a commune renown for producing some of the region’s most expressive rosé wines), 25% Chardonnay, and 25% Meunier. “The Brut Rosé was created in the elegant style that Piper-Heidsieck is known for — with a vibrant twist,” says Boutillat. “With its intense red fruit notes, Brut Rosé is the rosé for true epicureans.”

Fleur de Miraval Petite Fleur
The only Champagne house devoted entirely to rosé, Fleur de Miraval brings together Brad Pitt’s creative vision, the Perrin family’s Rhône Valley winemaking heritage—renowned for Miraval Rosé, Château Beaucastel, and also La Vieille Ferme Rosé, the viral “chicken wine”—and the Péters family’s six generations of grower expertise in Mesnil-sur-Oger. Fleur de Miraval Petite Fleur Brut Rosé Champagne is a graceful yet approachable pink Champagne that captures the house’s signature harmony of artistry, precision, and effortless charm.

Enrico Serafino “Oudeis” Alta Lange DOCG Brut
Enrico Serafino is a specialist in classic-method sparkling wine, having produced this style in Piedmont, Italy since the winery’s founding in 1878. The “Oudeis” Alta Langa Brut is the pinnacle of their long experience, made primarily from Pinot Noir for flavor and body, with 15% Chardonnay for elegance and complexity. This is an exemplary vintage sparkling wine, showing a great depth of flavor and aromas from at least three years of bottle aging in contact with yeast cells. The name Oudeis comes from the Greek “Odysseus” and means no one, acknowledging that no one is at the origin of the wine complexity — only terroir has this ability.

Vilarnau Barcelona Cava Brut Reserva
Spain produces many a fine sparkling wine, including Vilarnau Barcelona Cava Brut Reserva from the Penedès region. Vilarnau’s Cava Brut Reserva is widely appreciated for its fresh, fruity profile (apple, pear, citrus) with hints of toast and flowers. Made from a traditional Cava blend of Macabeo, Parellada, and Xarel·lo grapes, it’s aged for over 15 months for complexity, and often packaged in distinctive Gaudí-inspired bottles, making it a festive choice.

Borgo Antico Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore
