We peed our pants at this one. The 1963 Aston Martin DB4 GT is absolute gold.
One of the rarest and most collector-coveted Aston Martins is coming up for sale at RM Auctions’ Automobiles of Arizona event at the Biltmore Resort and Spa in Phoenix on January 21. The 1963 Aston Martin DB4 GT, one of only 75 built between 1959 and 1963, is expected to fetch $950,000 – $1,000,000. The competition variant of the Aston Martin DB4, the model was formally introduced in September 1959 at the London Motor Show and was based on the race winning prototype SP199/1; that same year Aston won the World Sportscar Championship title. – From James List
