The lovely Preen Spring 2013 collection can be summed up to: navy and white cuts in minimal shapes, mixed prints like stripes and blooming roses, snakeskin, leather, sheer dresses and tops, solid skirts and a few pairs of trousers.
The line sheet said: “Buffalo 66, the darkly absurd, cult American film, orchestrates Preen’s perpetual play on the masculine and feminine for Spring/Summer 2013; the seductive innocence of Christina Ricci versus the overt masculinity of Vincent Gallo.” And celebrities loved it!
The star of “Heart of Dixie”, petite Rachel Bilson opted for an orange leopard dress at the premiere of “Fun Size”. The name of the dress is “Aurora”, the make-up and jewelery are minimal.
What we love most are the pale pink roses on white fabrics and we think nothing says “spring” like pink and white. Kate Bosworth seems to agree with us by wearing an edgy wrap skirt and floral front top with a crisp collar. Directly from the runway! Her pointy pumps actually look better with the outfit. A slick back ponytail and a fresh face make up finished her look. Fiance Michael Polish must love this! This isn’t the first time Kate shows love for Preen designs.
Redhead Jessica Chastain also loves blooming roses at the photo call of her new movie “Zero Dark Thirty” in the chilly city of New York.
Belle of the ball, Camilla Belle celebrated the premiere of “American Masters Inventing David Geffen” in Beverly Hills in an asymmetric Preen 2013 dress.
What do you think about the white semi-sheer sleeves?
