Pharrell Williams is happy to put up his Miami penthouse on the market. Listed for $10.99 million, the Grammy award-winning musician’s pad with a roof top terrace sits on the oceanfront. Located in the exclusive business district Brickell Ave and nestled on the 40th floor of the Bristol Tower, the two story penthouse comes with five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, private movie theater, billiards room, wooden floors, Venetian Stucco walls and a Pininfarina modeled kitchen.Built in 1993, the circular shaped condo boasts of 30-foot ceilings capped by translucent dome. Spanning 9,080 sqft, it renders panoramic views of Miami’s skyline as well as the Atlantic ocean. The iconic rapper has added value to the penthouse by dotting it with an expansive collection of Pop Art, which includes works of Takashi Murakami, Keith Haring, and Andy Warhol. Further more, an assortment of Louis Vuitton luggage and life-size Japanese dolls up the exclusivity quotient of the decor. Freedom singer’s pad also comes with additional 5,000 square feet of outdoor space which includes a landscaped pool and deck, outdoor kitchen along with entertainment area.
