Design meets technology, brand meets brand, the passion for details meets luxury. This is how the story begins.
Vertu, the famous luxury brand has announced the arrival of the new Android-based handset, called Vertu Ti Ferrari. Like the name already suggests it, their latest smartphone is the result of the brand’s close collaboration with the powerful and the iconic Italian automaker, Ferrari.
“Product of a shared passion for design, craftsmanship and performance, the new smartphone embodies the unique DNA of a VERTU Ti, but is closer to the unmistakable materials, design and sounds of Ferrari than any other VERTU Ferrari phone.” Inspired by F12berlinetta, one of those outstanding super cars that make you go “wow” and wish you were super rich, the exquisite handset was made from Alutex, covered in leather, with red-stiching details on the case. In other words, pretty much the things you can find on the Ferrari F12 Berlinetta’s seats. The back of the phone boats the proud horse logo, being pretty much the type of phone a F12 Berlinetta owner would buy. The resemblance with the car is fantastic and as expected, it targets a certain class of consumers.
When it comes to the specs, here what you have to know: Vertu Ti Ferrari comes equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon Dual-core 1.7 GHz processor, a 3.7″ WVGA brilliant, high contrast display, an 8 MP camera and 64 GB of internal memory. The phone also includes a series of features such as a pre-installed Ferrari application, a Ferrari-inspired clock, wallpapers and engine ringtones.
