Proving that Peroni Nastro Azzurro is serious about being in style, the Italian spirits brand had a hand in revving up the first ruckus of Fashion Week, participating in not one, but four parties all around town last Friday evening.
Starting in SoHo, OTTE and the Soho Grand Hotel mixed it with a collaboration of fashion, music, and art to celebrate the work of photographer Jimmy Fontaine. DJ Florencia Galarza spun as artists, industry insiders, and influencers mixed and mingled with Peroni in hand.
As designer Fatema Fardan took to the runway to showcase her Fall/Winter 2015 ready-to-wear collection, music by The Misshapes and Peroni pours played in the background. Hosted by Julia Restoin Roitfeld, other fashion powerhouses and industry influencers in attendance included Rachel Zoe, Corey, Kennedy, and Willy Cartier.
Also on that night was John Varvatos’ annual concert to celebrate NYFW. DJ Steven Rojas opened the event with an exclusive set and toast to Peroni for supporting the event. English rock and roll band The Struts rocked the crowd at the iconic venue with guests like John Varvatos, Steven Rojas, Derek Hough, Nick Simmons and model Ivy Levan grooving along.
And to round out the evening of fashion and revelry, celebrated designer Charlotte Ronson threw an after party at one of New York’s hottest clubs, HAUS. Peroni was poured while several artists — including Sam Ronson — played their own sets. Guests included: Charlotte Ronson, Sam Ronson, Editor at Large at NYLON, Dani Stahl and Nate Ruess (lead singer of Fun.).
