Beloved shoe designer Stuart Weitzman’s latest technological enhancement has caused some excitement over here at Pursuitist this week. The signature Corkswoon wedge (a favorite of none other than Kate Middleton) are available for custom design online for two weeks only, through May 27th.
The $398 wedge is available in 15 shades, including Middleton’s favorite “Nice Blue” shade and a choice of jute braid or cork bottom. The styles are expected to ship with a bit of a delay after Weitzman’s artisans hand make your shoes in Spain. They will arrive to your doorstep by late July.
This isn’t the first custom shoe design offering we’ve seen — Manolo Blahnik has offered this option at Neiman Marcus for some time now — but it’s definitely a fun way to while away a half hour or so at your computer this AM.
