Neiman Marcus has just released its much-anticipated 2014 Christmas Book, including several ‘Fantasy’ gifts and experiences for the luxe gal or guy-about-town. From a $35,000 Tanqueray No. Ten Imperial Shaker sculpture by Jason Crawley to a $475,000 journey to France to learn about luxury perfumier Creed, the offerings are varied and pricey.
Our favorite offerings include:
House of Creed Fragrance Journey
This three-night trip to Paris includes a private visit with sixth-generation Master Perfumer Olivier Creed to create a custom scent. You’ll fly first class, dine with Olivier and enjoy VIP experiences such as behind-the-scenes museums tours, spa experiences and shopping.
Preston Bailey Floral Arrangements
We just returned from Las Vegas where Mr. Bailey’s work was markedly present in the Wynn and Encore hotels, so we can’t help but love this floral sculpture package ($25,000 – $65,000) that gives the purchaser a custom Peacock Floral Sculpture featuring silk flowers, crystals and seasonal plantings.
100th Anniversary Maserati Ghibli S Q4
Sadly, we can’t say that the 2014 offerings are anywhere near as wonderful as they have been in years past. Does anyone else think that this year’s eagerly anticipated ‘Book’ is somewhat lacking?
