The announcement has been made right in time to cash on the luxurious vibes and fashionable hype that surrounds the ongoing New York Fashion week.
Since New York reigns as the fashion capital, not only of the US but also as the global fashion capital, it isn’t surprising to know the first branded Neiman Marcus store is coming to the Big Apple. This big NYC debut will be marked with a grand 250,000-square-foot, multilevel luxury store. The Neiman Marcus store at Hudson Yards will open its doors for the shoppers on 10th Avenue along with additional access points. Boasting of 80,000 square feet of retail paradise per floor, the building will boast of a prominent signage that will scream Neiman Marcus on the facade.
Karen Katz, president and chief executive officer of Neiman Marcus Group officially announced, “Neiman Marcus Group is delighted to announce that Manhattan will have its first Neiman Marcus! Hudson Yards presents the ideal location for a Neiman Marcus store. The project is a bold and innovative retail idea and one that complements how we view our Neiman Marcus Brand. Neiman Marcus Group is well-known to New York and New Yorkers through our landmark Bergdorf Goodman store – a beloved and revered New York institution at the corner of 5th and 58th, and we are excited to establish a flagship NM store in one of the world’s premier shopping destinations. We look forward to serving New Yorkers and visitors to New York with legendary Neiman Marcus style.”
When open, the NYC NM will rise as the forty-third full-line Neiman Marcus store in the US.
