The Bentley Flying Spur was one of the best cars we drove last year. It’s big, powerful, comfortable and damn good looking. And now, thanks to Bentley’s in-house bespoke division, Mulliner, Flying Spur is even better.
Now there are a number of new ways to customize your Flying Spur that create a driving experience just for you. A few of the options include a refrigerated bottle cooler between the rear seats, painted veneers, Mulliner quilted leather, sterling silver atomisers and hide-trimmed stowage boxes.
For the first time, interior wood veneers can be painted to match the cars exterior adding an additional sense of harmony inside and out. The veneers are book matched hand painted, sanded, then lacquered for a deep finish and polished with lambs wool for a mirror like shine.
Pull down the center arm rest, and rear-seat passengers will a champagne cooler, a bottle stopper and two unique champagne flutes hidden behind frosted glass accented with bright chrome.
The center console can now be finished with a hand-crafted aft stowage compartment. This luxurious yet convenient feature includes a watch holder and an area for the secure stowage of cufflinks, coins and other accoutrements.
If you’re fortunate enough to have the wherewithal to own a Bentley, why not go the extra mile and customize it with one or more of these Mulliner options? It’s certainly a unique way to let everyone know, you’ve arrived.
