On a a quiet tree lined street in central Tel Aviv, on the second floor of an apartment building we find an inspiring collection of contemporary spaces spreading over 90 square meters known as TLV Get Away. This welcoming home overlooking the rear courtyard has 2/3 bedrooms, a fantastic bathroom, an open plan containing the kitchen and living zone and plenty of space for a relaxed lifestyle.
Cleverly compartmentalized, the open floor plan features a beautiful mixture of natural wood and glossy surfaces. Colorful decorative objects and a rainbow library compose a lounge zone where the balcony and kitchen window help create a corridor of natural light through the modern setting. The way the wooden floors flow up only to cascade from the ceiling creates a dynamic design tamed by the material itself.
This warm and inviting apartment offers a different modern sophistication than the Tel Aviv Penthouse we presented before. Both display attention to details and color mixture throughout, but this sleek design embodies coziness at a smaller scale, for a much smaller price – $1.9 million. Luxury is conveyed through creativity and the use of colors, shapes and textures.
