Supermodel Miranda Kerr — who graces the cover of Esquire UK in December and will take the runway this month in the 2012 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show — says she stays superfit with daily workouts, yoga, and a commitment to healthful food.

“I believe in celebrating the female figure and embracing what we’ve been given, not hiding that,” Kerr, 29, reportedly told the magazine.

“I live by the philosophy that beauty starts from within and I make a conscious effort to fill my body with nutrients through the food I eat,” Kerrr, a mom and wife to actor Orlando Bloom, told Harper’s Bazaar in September. “Becoming a mother has made me even more aware and more passionate about nutrition and wellness, so much so that I am now a certified health coach practitioner.”

“I’d be a naturopath or nutritionist [if I didn’t model] — I am so passionate about health,” she told InStyle Australia in a prior interview.

Kerr reportedly works out daily with yoga, resistance exercises, and high-impact workouts such as running or boxing. “I make sure I do half an hour of yoga in the morning so that then I’m feeling good,” she has said, according to the Daily Mail in the UK. “I have been working out quite a bit doing Pilates and yoga and strength training with weights and resistant bands and I eat super healthy.”

“I love food and enjoy eating fresh organic produce,” Kerr told Harper’s Bazaar. “I drink warm water and lemon every morning and I also drink lots of good quality purified and preferably alkaline water throughout the day.” She is also known for maintaining a strict diet of fish, fresh food and steamed vegetables and consuming coconut oil to maintain flawless skin.
