December onward, travelers flying via London Heathrow Airport Terminal 5 can grab a Louis Vuitton bag on the go! If the business meeting didn’t leave enough time to shop for your beloved or you are simply craving to buy a new LV travel accessory, whatever the reason it is, you will be able to shop and indulge at the soon-to-open French luxury house’s first airport store in Europe.
It isn’t their first airport store world wide as, in 2011, Louis Vuitton opened an outlet at Shilla Duty Free at Seoul Incheon International Airport. Scheduled to open during the festive season of Christmas and New Year, LV’s new airport outpost in the UK will make a perfect stopover for picking luxurious gifts. Traveling shoppers can pick from a range of leather goods, women’s ready to wear apparels, footwear, fashion jewelry, fine jewelry, sunglasses, accessories as well as watches.
The brand that is renowned for its passion for travel and its canvas-covered travel cases has signed up at Heathrow to endorse its travel collection. The new T5 store would be dedicated to its “art of travel” ranges which include trunks and luggage.
Spread over 200sq m, the store will be located in the departures hall on the second floor of the terminal. The luxury fashion house planned to open this new store at Heathrow T5 as it is reported to be the busiest airport in the United Kingdom and also the busiest airport in Europe by passenger traffic.
