The iconic French brand Louis Vuitton has unveiled miniature pendants that are indicative of their trunk-making heritage.
Louis Vuitton’s Les pendentifs “Petites Malles,” which translates to “Little Trunks” pendants, originally appeared on the catwalk of the Louis Vuitton Fall-Winter 2014-2015 show. Interestingly, that was Nicolas Ghesquière’s first show as creative director of the French house.
Each trunks pendant is horizontal, rectangular, opens and hangs on a chain with links shaped locks. Available only in yellow gold, these true treasures cost 4,500 euros.
