Moving ahead with the changing times, Louis Vuitton launches digital version of its renowned City Guides Collection. The French fashion house has debuted Louis Vuitton City Guide app to discover the most fascinating cities in style. For the first time, a LV mobile App will be available to assist travelers with just a click and keep them updated like a local! Offering the best possible travel experience for Apple devices users only, to start with, the new app covers each of the 25 cities listed in the guidebook series from all around the world with an unrivaled selection of 12,000 addresses. Since adventure might be around any corner, Louis Vuitton has mixed tried-and-trued favorites with new places and traditional sites with offbeat ones, as long as they express the soul of each city. The app also offers the best of each metropolis within the user’s reach: the most beautiful hotels, the finest chocolate shops, lively neighborhood bistros, iconic luxury houses, design galleries, hidden museums and much more. The launch of this mobile version City Guides collection is marked with the inclusion of four new cities -Bangkok, Chicago, Prague, and Rome.
Louis Vuitton inducts Chicago into the City Guides Collection. Globe-trotters can hop on the L train and start their own “world” tour of Chicago. Music, art and food, Chicago has it all. It is easy to follow the loops from the skyscrapers of downtown, to Lincoln Park, to Lake Michigan’s Shore Drive. Frank Sinatra said Chicago was his kind of town; the Louis Vuitton City Guide justifies the statement.
The City Guides apps is available on the App Store for iPhone and iPad, with the Paris guide being offered for free until December 31.
