Restoration Hardware has crafted a genuinely unique item, taking a 1920s light bulb testing machine and ingeniously repurposing it into a bar cart for spirits, wine bottles and glassware.
The original, nearly a century old, was salvaged from a factory in Germany. Crafted of iron, a hinged segment opens to grant access to bottles and barware, while the small hatch opens, too.
It is crafted from iron with an antiqued finish that replicates the patina of the original machine. A hinged segment opens to reveal three shelves, three stemware racks and five slots for wine bottles.
The cost: $1,995
