This morning, Lexus debuted the all-new Lexus J201 Concept. This is a supercharged 550-horsepower, lifted, fully-equipped LX-based concept vehicle. Through minimalist, yet highly-functional, crafted equipment, rugged yet refined looks, and higher degrees of usability, comfort, and luxury, the new Lexus J201 enables the fullest exploration of the experiential.
The J201 nameplate is derived from LX’s internal model and platform code. The full code, URJ201, distinguishes it amongst other full-size sport- utility models and trucks from which it shares componentry.
Referring to the unique, the supercharged Lexus J201 Concept by its internal code reflects a sense of specialness in identity and expresses the brand’s continual diversification of perspective when applying the distinct crafted spirit of Lexus.
Based upon the excellent Toyota Land Cruiser, the Lexus J201 has superb off-road handling with detailing only Lexus can deliver. No production cost or release date for the Lexus J201 Concept has been announced at this current time.
