Last year, the hotel celebrated the opening of Rivea By Alain Ducasse. The restaurant, under the direction of Alain Ducasse, has become the new gourmet destination of Saint-Tropez. Remaining faithful to his Mediterranean roots and flavors, the celebrity chef has crafted a menu that blends French and Italian influences with fresh, local, seasonal ingredients. This season, the restaurant will offer cooking classes to guests led by Executive Chef Vincent Maillard who will reveal his best recipes and secrets. Guests will truly understand his passion during these once-in-a-lifetime cooking classes in the kitchen of Rivea.
In 2014, Rivea will also offer “Les Tables du Chef” which are four exclusive chef’s tables that provide guests with an opportunity to see what happens inside the kitchen at the acclaimed restaurant. Chef Vincent Maillard will be on hand to answer questions and explain each dish, while guests experience the delectable cuisine. Reservations will be required.
The hotel is also offering guests the ability to book exclusive charters aboard the Yacht Algandra. Byblos’ own luxury yacht can cruise the Mediterranean Sea as guests enjoy the wild beauty of the Golden Islands and the hidden gems of the French Riviera. Approximately 65-feet in length, overnight reservations can be booked for up to six guests.
Byblos guests will also enjoy its world-renowned Les Caves du Roy, a true symbol of St-Tropez nightlife and one of the most iconic nightclubs in the world. Les Caves du Roy caters to an international clientele and a long list of celebrities, including Jay-Z, Beyonce, Kate Moss, Victoria and David Beckham, George Clooney and Alicia Keys. Featuring a new LED-lighting effects system and its advanced sound system, Les Caves du Roy is a world class dance venue worthy of renowned resident DJ Jack E.
Stay tuned for this year’s featured performer, as part of Les Caves du Roy’s annual summer concert series, where previous performances have included Supertramp, Marc Ceronne, Joe Cocker, Black Eyed Peas, David Guetta, Martin Solveig and Mika.
