LeBron James’ decamping from Miami takes another step as the NBA superstar places his stunning Coconut Grove waterfront estate on the market for an equally stunning $17 million.

James purchased the mansion when he exited Cleveland to take up with the Miami Heat in 2010. Two NBA Championships later and a whole lot of angst from basketball fans all around the nation, and LeBron and his family are heading back to Ohio.

James bought the contemporary home for $9 million upon his arrival in Miami. It sports over 12,000 square feet of living space, six bedrooms and eight baths. Inside you’ll find a chef’s kitchen, sommelier’s wine cellar, custom theater, an elevator and private master rooftop sun deck. The outside offers up its own summer kitchen, 4,500 square feet of entertainment space, an infinity edge pool, and concrete dock for two 60′ yachts.

The 29-year old James is arguably the best player in the NBA. In addition to two NBA titles, he is a four time league MVP and 10 time all star.

Here’s a look inside his Miami estate.
