Raise your glass to an afternoon where great wine, lively company, and Californian coastal charm meet just north of San Diego. On May 3, 2026, L’Auberge Del Mar hosts the second annual L’Auberge Uncorked, a celebration of exceptional wines.

Held outdoors on the sunny terrace overlooking the Pacific, this grand tasting experience features a special collection of local and international wines. Sip and savor curated vintages while mingling with knowledgeable wine makers and winery ambassadors, each sharing the stories behind every pour.
Special guests include some of the industry’s most respected voices: Ryan Rochioli of Rochioli Winery, Luke Marquis of Molly Dooker Winery, Barry Waitte of Tamber Bey Winery, and Master Sommeliers Josh Orr and Brian Cronin.

Vendors include Brave and Maiden, Kohler, Carr, Noria, Austin Hope, Billecart-Salmon, Chev, Cirq, Emmolo, Caymus, Chappellet, Heitz, Ink Grade, Stoney Hill, DuMOL, Grgich Hills Estate, Jarvis, Faust, Flowers, Quintessa, Benton Lane, Favia, Jeff Cohn Cellars, Joseph Jewell, Justin, Mollydooker, Morlet, Orin Swift Cellars, Pahlmeyer, Frog’s Leap, Saddleback, Shafer, Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars, Talisman, Tamber Bey, Il Poggione, Chimney Rock, and Rochioli.
The wine event includes a blind tasting, live music, and hors d’oeuvres, including freshly shucked oysters, carved tomahawk steak, and lobster corn dogs. As the afternoon winds down, guests can opt to continue the experience inside Adelaide, L’ Auberge Del Mar’s inviting dining room celebrating the fresh fish from the Pacific.

Turn your trip to Del Mar into a weekend escape with L’Auberge Del Mar’s Uncork & Unwind package, featuring their best available room rate and a L’Auberge Uncorked ticket for each adult booked. L’ Auberge Del Mar enjoys a serene location near local shops, restaurants, galleries, scenic hiking trails, golf courses, and unlimited outdoor activities and attractions including The Del Mar Thoroughbred Club where the turf meets the surf.
The Four-Diamond Noble House resort overlooks the Pacific Ocean in the heart of picturesque coastal village of Del Mar. There, I discovered luxurious rooms, fresh and local California cuisine, an ocean-inspired spa, relaxing pool area, and private access to the beach plus a seasonal beach valet with complimentary beach gear. Other property perks include a central pool deck with private cabanas, lit tennis courts, guided weekend Yoga Flows, a 24-hour Fitness Center, EV chargers, and local shuttles. The open air lobby and The Living Room Bar serves as the hotel’s friendly central hub where plush couches, live music, and signature cocktails provide a spirited vibe.
