Lamborghini has officially unveiled the race-inspired Gallardo LP 570-4 Squadra Corse. The Gallardo LP 570-4 Squadra Corse is based on the Gallardo Super Trofeo, and leverages the technology and low weight from the race car. It’s designed to bring “race track emotion directly to the road.”
The V-10 engine cranks out 570-horsepower and can get you to 62 mph in just 3.4 seconds and to 124 mph in a mere 10.4 seconds. Top speed is 199 mph.
Gallardo LP 570-4 Squadra Cors is all-wheel drive, and comes equiped with a robotized e-gear six-speed transmission.
The car’s design draws heavily on its Italian roots. There is a green, white and red decal strip (the colors of the Italian flag) along the flank of the car. Color options are yellow, white, gray and red.
The Lamborghini Gallardo LP 570-4 Squadra Corse will make its world debut at the Frankfurt Auto Show in September.
