Jean Paul Gaultier and La Perla have joined forces once again for Collection Créateur. The French designer designs a lingerie line for the brand, and for summer 2012 they will launch the first beachwear collection, in perfect provocative Gaultier style. Lycra strips combined to nude tulle create a “cut out” effect, one piece strapless bathing suits are enriched by drapery and bandeau or triangle bikinis can be transformed in three piece dresses. Beachwear is sensual and has a “fetish” allure with laces, studs, draped necklines and skirts have vertiginous slits. The color palette ranges from turquoise and blue to khaki, red and black. The beachwear collection will be available in La Perla stores starting from January 2012.
